We had to create a system that allowed the local desegregated neighbourhood to maintain the building and the new urban areas, giving them job opportunities and amenity space created ownership and looking after the building and new urban design.

To incorporate sustainable resources was key for the maintenance of the building. Due to the local climate, it was orientated to receive less amount of sun during the day and keep it fresh without the use of mechanical appliances. The internal garden allowed the building to breathe and create a chimney effect.
