New 8-storey residential building in a vacant plot. 9.000m2. Apartments with different typologies for all users, 50m2 (1 bedroom flat) 85m2 (2 bedrooms flat), 120m2 (3 bedrooms flat)

• Contributed to the architectural layout of new flats and commercial shops.

Location was a key determining factor in this project. The area suffered great deterioration and was labelled a danger to social life and businesses. Nevertheless, due to the project's success, the area was considerably upgraded, allowing for better social recognition.
