Demolition of existing vacant tramshed and erection of 2 storey residential building with roof terrace.

• Produced 3d visualization images for the exterior of the building.

• Contributed to the planning application process

• Contributed to the internal layout design of the apartments

• Liaise with heritage, highways consultants to achieve an appropriate design

The main objective of the project was to create not a copy but a modern expression of Georgian architecture, which was implemented retaining the predominant brick material, therefore it has a positive impact within the conservation area.

​

Its design was inspired in the close proximity area of The Docks in Gloucester with a warehouse industrial aesthetics.
