• Liaise with conservation consultant to create an appropriate design in the conservation area.

The project's main objective was to safeguard and improve the listed building fabric. Materials and finishes from the XIX century. The strengthening of the existing structure allowed a cohesive design.

This project will bring back the importance of symbolic edifications in the city and viability by its use to the public university.
