42 Broad Street - Livity

Worcester - United Kingdom

Collaborative project at Nick Carroll Architects

Regeneration of existing redundant building and conversion into 16 rental apartments with a commercial shop at front of the ground floor. Compact design format.

  • Produced 3d visualization images for the exterior of the building.

  • Contributed to the interior layout design and interior design (material and finishes)

  • Exterior cladding research (fiber cement boards)

The goal was to reuse the structure of the non-historical building and improve the character of the conservation area, creating a contrast between modern architecture and predominantly Georgian in the sector.

The design of the flats was created to have a compact design but functional. Without feeling in an oppressed space but having everything you need within approx. 17.50m2 to 25m2.

Reinforced the emerging frontage of Broad Street.
