• Created 3D visualisations showcasing the exterior architecture and interior commercial spaces.

• Contributed to the redesign of internal layouts to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Led the design of the bar, reception area, and selection of furniture, materials, and finishes.

• Ensured all proposed designs adhered to building regulations and industry standards.

• The project was nominated for Best New Build Project 2023 at the Façade Awards.
