Complete refurbishment and alteration of a 45m² holiday flat, focusing on modernising the interior layout to add an extra bathroom and a dedicated laundry area.

• Conducted a detailed measured survey to accurately assess the existing space and inform design decisions.

• Produced 3D visualisations of the revamped interior design to showcase spatial flow and modern finishes.

• Performed a thorough costing analysis to ensure the project remained within budget while achieving high-quality results.

• Designed the interior layout, including a fully updated kitchen, bespoke furniture, and carefully selected finishes to create a fresh, contemporary atmosphere.

• Managed the construction process, overseeing every phase from initial design to completion.

The primary goal of the project was to transform the flat, which had remained unaltered since 1980, into a modern, functional space. The updated layout maximises the available area while introducing practical and stylish features, such as the additional bathroom and laundry area, to enhance the flat’s functionality for the clients.
